Ingredients
- 1 avocado, peeled and pit removed
- 1-2 pieces of fruit such as apple, pear, banana, or cantaloupe
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 handful of kale or spinach
- Coconut water or Spring water
- Ice
- Stevia, Cinnamon and/or Cacao to taste
Directions
- Put ingredients in blender with heaviest items on top
- Blend
- Enjoy!
Serves two. Halve the recipe if you have a normal appetite 🙂
