Working posterior chain
One of my favorite exercises performed on this machine when available to me. I like to perform both reverse hyper extensions and flip around for my core work. I perform 15-20 reps and 3-4 sets.

Working on my balance with practicing standing in the ball in two pints of contact. Fun but a little dangerous. I don’t recommend jumping right on. It will take some practice.
