All fitness levels welcome. Fun exercises with fun peeps outside in the element. For added fitness intensity I provide dumbbells, bands other fun resistant equipment. Come try it!

I just wanted to celebrate with you that I’ve officially lost 10 pounds since October when I first met you! Your boot camp class was a real jump start to that process, and I’m so happy to be continuing inside with you throughout the winter π You continue to make our workouts fun, different every time, and effective.
